Tom Dowd Cup: The Tom Dowd Cup is presented to the winner of the Boys Senior Quad. Tom has been a major advocate of youth rowing in the United States for over 30 years. Tom was the Director of the Stotesbury Cup for many years. He can be found every morning on the Schuykill River with his friends from Boathouse Row training. He competes on the masters level in both sweep and sculling events. Tom is the recipient of the Jack Franklin Award given for outstanding service to the sport of rowing. Tom can be found officiating regattas almost every weekend. He is part of the officals crew that works this regatta. The New Jersey Scholastic Rowing Association proudly sponsors this event.
